Where is Bakırköy Apart Hotel?
We are at Zeytinlik neighbourhood, Fazılpaşa Sokak No:4, 34140 Bakırköy / Istanbul. It is a 6-minute walk to Bakırköy Freedom Square and an 8-minute walk to Marmaray Bakırköy station.
Which apartment types do you have?
We have three apartment types: the studio apartment (1+0) for 1–2 people, the one-bedroom apartment (1+1) for 2–3 people and the two-bedroom apartment (2+1) for 4–5 people. Every apartment has a kitchen, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Does the building have a lift?
Yes. The building has a lift and CCTV. Whether you arrive with luggage, with children or with an older relative, you take the lift up to your floor.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If you would like an early check-in or a late check-out, please ask in advance; we arrange it depending on availability.
Which document do I need at check-in?
In Türkiye, accommodation properties have a legal duty to report the identity details of every guest. That is why we ask for a passport at check-in for each guest; Turkish citizens can also show their national ID card (T.C. kimlik kartı).
Can I check in late at night?
Yes, late arrivals are planned in advance. Tell us your arrival time when you book, and if your time changes, let us know by phone or on WhatsApp; our line is open 24/7.
How do I book, and how do I pay?
Call +90 532 655 43 32 or send your dates and the number of guests on WhatsApp; we tell you the price straight away and confirm the booking by written message. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer/EFT or by credit card on site; you never need to share your card details online.
How do I get to Bakırköy from the airport?
From Istanbul Airport (IST) you can take a taxi, which takes 40–70 minutes depending on traffic, or the Havaist buses. From Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) it is 60–90 minutes by taxi, or about 90 minutes with the M4 metro and Marmaray.
Can I write to you in English?
Yes. Send us a message on WhatsApp in English with your dates and the number of guests, and we will reply in English.
